　　Chicony Power Technology Co., Ltd. (6412.TW) today announced its financial results for fiscal 2020. Consolidated revenues for the full year reached NT$34,863 million, up 1.3% YoY. Consolidated gross profit rose to NT$6,419 million, a 13.9% YoY increase. Consolidated operating profit grew 28.4% YoY to NT$2,826 million. Net profits attributable to owners of the parent was NT$2,137 million, up 24.2% YoY, with a basic EPS of NT$5.52, up 22.4% YoY. Return on equity (ROE) ratio reached 24%. Thanks to the company’s efforts in optimizing product mix and operational efficiency, Chicony Power had a strong finish to 2020 and reported record-breaking consolidated annual revenues, gross profits, operating profits, net profits, EPS, gross margin, operating margin, net margin, and ROE ratio.

　　In addition, Chicony Power’s Board of Directors today resolved to propose a record-high cash dividend of NT$4.00 per share for 2020. Dividend payout ratio reached 72%. For the past 8 years, the company’s dividend payout ratio has consistently exceeded 70%.

　　Chicony Power also announced unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$2,824 million, up 86.8% YoY, for February 2021, hitting record high for the same period. For the first two months, accumulated revenues also reached new high and totaled NT$6,444 million, down by 63.0 % YoY.
